Activation instructions

1. Sign in to your main Microsoft account (which will be the Host) at setup.office.com.
2. Enter the 25-digit product code you purchased from us.
3. Go through the activation procedure (you can skip entering a reserve bank card).
4. Go to your subscription management account: account.microsoft.com/services.
5. “Sharing” section - from there you can send beautiful invitation links (by mail or in messenger) to 5 of your loved ones or friends. As soon as they follow the link and log in with their account, their premium package and 1TB cloud will be activated!

Important information

• Validity period: 1 year (12 months) from the date of activation.
• Key type: Suitable for creating a new “Family” or renewing your current family subscription. (Attention: if you have an active Personal subscription, entering the Family code will convert it to a Family subscription).

Q: Does a member's region affect joining a family? A: The host and invited guests must have the same region (country) in their Microsoft account settings. Before sending invitations, we recommend that you check that everyone has the same region in their profile (for example, Kazakhstan or Türkiye).

Q: Will Office run on my MacBook or iPad? A: Yes, Microsoft 365 is fully compatible with Apple products. Applications are downloaded directly from the App Store and Mac App Store, and activation occurs simply by entering the login and password from the invited Microsoft account.
